CALL FOR SPEAKERS
The Georgia Association of PAs is seeking presentation proposals for our 2026 Annual CME Conference being held Wednesday, July 15 – Sunday, July 19, 2026 at the Marriott Sawgrass Golf Resort & Spa at 1000 Tournament Players Club Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082. Your proposal should be formatted for a one (1) hour session (50-minute presentation with 5 minutes for questions at the end) or hands-on workshops 2- 4 hours.
The deadline to submit is November 30th, 2025.
To ensure a balanced conference CME program is offered, all submissions are reviewed and evaluated by a committee of your peers. Once the evaluation process is complete, the committee will notify the speakers who have been selected, and an electronic contract will be sent via email for the speaker to review, sign, and submit.
An honorarium of $250 per lecture hour will be offered per lecture or workshop, one night hotel at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort and Spa ($269 per night plus tax), and conference registration as an attendee (worth $650 – $800) for the collection of CME. Speaker travel expenses will not be paid by GAPA.
